Support team members are available from 08:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3) on weekdays and from 09:00 to 21:00 (UTC+3) on weekends. Outside these hours, you can contact us through the chatbot available on the FREE2EX website and within our supported interfaces, or email us at support@free2ex.com. Our team will respond to your request as soon as support agents are available.
You can also leave your questions through the support ticket form on our website and in the “Help & Support” section of FREE2EX Wallet/FREE2EX Web App/FREE2EX Mini App (Telegram). All of these are the ways to contact us.
