Verification of the residential address

Address verification is necessary to confirm your place of residence.

The document confirming the place of residence may be:

  • Photos of the registration stamp from your passport. Utility bills (provided documents must not be older than 3 months);

  • Bank statements;

  • Tax returns;

  • Council tax bills;

  • Government-issued certificates of residence, etc.


Features: Belarusian citizens should take the photo so that the bottom two lines of the last page of the passport are visible. When taking the photo, bend the pages slightly.
       
  We do not accept: 

• Screenshots of documents           • Medical bills                        • Insurance statements
• Mobile phone bills                         • Receipts for purchases    
     

Your full name and residential address must be indicated in the document.

You can download the document in your account: Settings → Verification. When registering, we will ask you to confirm the address immediately after identity verification.
