To reset your password to enter your personal cabinet, you need to click on the login page "Forgot password or login?".
Next, fill out the account data recovery form, indicating your email, registered in Free2ex, and anti-spam code on the figure below:
After clicking "Submit", a message will be sent to your email with a password reset link. After following the link, you can create a new password or use a random password generator.
2. How to change personal cabinet password:
If you want to change the current password for entering your personal cabinet, click:
Settings -> Recovery -> Change Password
In the form you should specify old password, make a new password or use a random password generator, as well as enter the PIN-code received during registration of the eWallet.
New password should contain at least 10 characters (English letters and numbers) and include at least one uppercase letter, one capital letter and a number.In case you forgot your password, you need to recover it.
