Changing the e-mail address

To change your email, you need to follow the steps below:

1. Record a passport video: 
  1. Take your passport and make sure your details are clearly visible on the video.
  2. In the video, clearly say the following: your full name as it appears on your passport; make it clear that you are requesting a change of email address; explain the reason why a change of email is required (e.g., loss of access to old email, etc.). 
2. Prepare the required data: 
  1. In the video, also include your old and new email addresses.
  2. Specify your eWallet (it will be enough to specify it in the text accompaniment of the email).
3. Send this video to Compliance at compliance@free2ex.com. Be sure to include your old and new email addresses and eWallet in the body of the email.

After completing these steps, wait for confirmation from Compliance. After changing the address, you will need to verify it.
