Crypto withdrawal
Withdrawal of cryptocurrencies is only possible to your own accounts or wallets. Transfers to third parties are not allowed.

Currently, withdrawal of the following cryptocurrencies is available:
- Bitcoin: BTC
- Litecoin: LTC
- Ethereum: ETH, USDT (erc-20), USDC (erc-20), USDQ (erc-20), USDR (erc-20)
- Tron: TRX, USDT (trc-20)
Transactions are processed daily from 09:00 to 21:00 (GMT+3) and usually take between 2 minutes and 2 hours to complete.
To withdraw cryptocurrency:
1. In your personal account, select Withdraw -> Cryptocurrency:
2. Choose the asset and network (if applicable);
3. Enter the crypto address and the amount, then click Withdraw.
To avoid losing funds, please make sure you have selected the correct network.
