Deposit via SberPay

For clients using SberPay, deposits in RUB are available.

Important notes: 

1. Deposits are available in RUB only
2. The phone number registered with PJSC Sberbank should match the one registered on FREE2EX
3. Deposit limits are set by PJSC Sberbank (in accordance with Federal Law No. 115-ФЗ):
   

1. 100 000 RUB per transaction
2. 600 000 RUB per day 
3. 5 000 000 RUB per month

1. In your personal account, select Deposit -> SberPay:

2. Fill in the fields and click Continue.

If you need to change the phone number linked to your FREE2EX account, you need to request a profile data update. Please send a video from the email address associated with your account to support@free2ex.com: 

1. Take your passport and record a video of yourself. The passport details must be clearly visible in the frame - either together with you or shown separately in close-up (before or after stating the information). In the video, clearly state the following: your full name; that you are requesting a phone number change; the reason for the change. Also include your old and new phone numbers in the video.

1. In your email, include your Account ID (if available) and provide both your old and new phone numbers.
