Deposit via SBP

You can instantly deposit RUB to your FREE2EX account via SBP.

Important notes: 

1. Deposits are available in RUB only
2. The maximum limit per transaction is 100 000 RUB
3. The phone number linked to the bank used for the deposit must match the one linked to your FREE2EX account

For security and fraud prevention purposes, SBP deposits are available only if the following conditions are met:

1. your FREE2EX account has been verified for at least 90 days;
   
2. you have completed at least 4 successful deposits (fiat or cryptocurrency), with no time restrictions.

To top up your wallet in the personal account, select Deposit -> SBP:

Enter the amount and click Deposit. 

If you need to change the phone number linked to your FREE2EX account, you need to request a profile data update. Please send a video from the email address associated with your account to support@free2ex.com: 

1. Take your passport and record a video of yourself. The passport details must be clearly visible in the frame - either together with you or shown separately in close-up (before or after stating the information). In the video, clearly state the following: your full name; that you are requesting a phone number change; the reason for the change. Also include your old and new phone numbers in the video.

1. In your email, include your Account ID (if available) and provide both your old and new phone numbers.
