Mobile terminal FREE2EX Trade

The FREE2EX Trade app allows you to trade on the platform, you will not be able to replenish your wallet through the app.

Instructions on how to log in to the mobile application (Android)

On the eWallet tab, you can log in using a password or QR code. Or, on the TickTrader tab, you can log in using your existing account and password.  

By clicking on "Trading Accounts" below, you can choose from existing ones. Or, you can create an account by clicking on the "Open Account" button.

Instructions on how to log in to the mobile application (iOS)

Open the FREE2EX Trade app.

1. How it looks on iOS: You can select “Accounts List” in the "eWallet" tab and a window will open with all trading accounts linked to your account. Just click on the trading account you are interested in.
Done, you're logged into the app.



2. You can also login to the application using the “TickTrader” tab.


 
By clicking on "Open Account", a window will appear with the choice of Server (Live or Demo).




Live Exchange —  server to log into a live spot trading account. 

Live Marginal — server to log into a real account to trade using borrowed tokens. 

Demo Exchange — server to log into a demo spot trading account.

Demo Мarginal (Free2ex Exchange Demo TT Server) — server to log into a demo trading account using borrowed tokens.

After selecting the server, you need to enter your trading account details to log in to the application.



Trading Account - enter your trading account number
Password — enter "Trader's Password". 

General view of the application and "Help" function

When logging into the mobile application, the "Market Overview" opens on the screen. The section that will be displayed when logging into the platform can be changed in the settings (menu - settings - misc settings - change the start screen). In our case, as it was mentioned earlier, the "Market Watch" opens, which contains a list of "favorite" instruments.



In the upper left corner of the screen there is a «Menu» icon  , where all sections of the application are collected.

Market Watch - view and edit the list of "favorite" instruments, view current Bid and Ask prices.
Charts - preview, open and customize charts.
- Balance - view all your available and blocked assets - fiat and cryptocurrency.
Portfolio - view assets and pending orders, modify and delete pending orders.
Trade History - all information about transactions, including commissions, deposits and withdrawals.
News and Analytics - all the current news of the cryptocurrency market.
Alerts - push notifications.
Settings - customization of the application, including security and push notifications.
Journal - event logs, trade events, etc. are displayed here.

"Help" tab

The mobile application has a very useful feature called "Help". It contains all theoretical information about each section of the application. If you do not understand any terms, the meaning of the displayed information - you will find everything in the "Help".

You can find this function in each section by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner  and selecting the "Help" function.
It will look as follows:




"Settings" tab

The "Settings" section contains:
- Trading Settings;
- L2 and Last Trades Settings;
- Chart Settings;
- Security settings;
- Calendar and News settings;
- Misc Settings;
- Push notification settings;



Let's go through each item in Settings:
1. Trading Settings: in this section you can configure everything related to trading (order placement and execution).



- Trade Mode – method of placing and changing orders. Simplified and Advanced (more details about these modes in Section 5); 
Confirm trade requests – setting the display of the operation confirmation dialog box when creating a new order. You can configure one-click, two-click, and confirmation dialog box display;
- Show volumes in Lots – display of the operation volume in lots or in monetary units;
Order status pop-up – enable notification of order status changes;
Vibrate on trade request – activate the device vibration when you press the trade buttons (Sell and Buy);
- Vibrate on trade notification– turn on device vibration when a notification about a trade operation appears;
Sound on trade notification – Enable sound notification of a trade event. Also, here you can select the default sound file or add your own.

2. L2 and Last Trades Settings - setting parameters for displaying the market stack (bids stack) and information about the last trades.



L2
 — is a table of limit orders (order book) to buy and sell an asset (currency pairs). The L2 of the trading terminal allows you to evaluate supply and demand on the market at a given time.

The market stack is located in the order placing panel. In the simplified trading mode, you need to swipe the chart under the trading buttons to the right.

You can customize various parameters of the market stack

Show totals of Level2 – The total volume of supply and demand and the weighted average Bid and Ask prices;
Mark own Limit/TP orders in L2 with asterisks;
- Level2 Histogram Type – histogram alignment in the orders stack - on the edges, in the center; - Histogram is an indicator that displays data on volumes and prices on the chart. Histogram data is updated when each new tick arrives.
Max Depth of level2 – maximum number of levels (prices) in the order stack;
- Max number of trades in the Last Trades;
Histogram in Last Trades – отображать гистограмму объемов в разделе «последние торги» (слева, справа, не показывать).

3. Charts Settings – customize everything related to the charts.

   


- Periodicity (timeframe) — is the time interval on the chart that the price passes, equal to one bar or candlestick. It can be set from 1 second to 1 month.
- Chart Type - type of price change display (candlesticks, bars, line)
- Chart values type - type of price to be displayed (Bid, Ask)
- Chart scheme - customizing the color scheme of the application theme (besides template variants you can customize your theme (custom) and choose the colors you like)
- Show OHLC - Show the OHLC prices of the last bar in the upper left part of the chart.
Show Level2 histogram 
Histogram is an indicator that displays volume and price data on the chart. Histogram data is updated when each new tick arrives.
Histogram  Bar Thickness - vertical size of histogram bars. - Histogram bars size, % - horizontal size of the chart width histogram in percent.
- Apply to All – save and apply the settings to all charts.

4. Security Settings – in this section you can optionally configure additional security measures when using the mobile application.

 

Passcode lock - allows you to lock the application with a PIN code if it has been minimized for more than 1 minute. If you have not logged out of the trading account, the next time you log in to the application you will need to enter the PIN code you have set.
Unlocking is also possible by fingerprint, if your phone supports this function.
To change or delete the set PIN code, use the corresponding functions in this section of the settings.
Trusted Device - this device is trusted and can be used as one of the MFA factors.
Screen auto-lock - Allow the screen to lock automatically when an application is open.

5. Misc Settings
In the "misc settings" you can change the language, time zone, date and time format, application theme, start screen (the section that will open when you enter the application), display of the symbol logo and display of recent trades, you can also customize receiving push notifications.
