I can't log into FREE2EX applications

FREE2EX has the following online resources:

1. https://www.free2ex.com/ - FREE2EX official website;
2. https://my.free2ex.com/ - personal account, where account registration and verification takes place, the eWallet wallet is located, funds are deposited and withdrawn, and trading accounts are opened that are used for trading.
3. https://live.free2ex.com/ - trading platform where trading is carried out using orders.
4. https://chng.free2ex.com/ - site for fast and convenient exchange of cryptocurrencies/fiat funds, buying/selling cryptocurrencies without using orders.

How to log into your personal account or exchange site

Login to your personal account is carried out with the email (login) used when registering on the FREE2EX exchange, as well as the password used during registration.

If you don't remember your password, you can recover it. 
If you remember your password, but want to change it, then this option is also available to you in your personal account.
If you remember your password, but are having errors when entering the password, check the following: - the login is correct; - enabled keyboard layout (Russian/English); - whether the CapsLock key is turned on or whether the NumLock key is turned off.

Then try again to enter your username and password. If the problem with an incorrect password does not change, try clearing your cookies.

- TickTrader mobile application for Android - login to the terminal is carried out using trading account data, where the trading account number is the login, and the password from the trading account is the password to log into the terminal.
