Replenishment by bank transfer

On our platform we offer account funding in such currencies as USD, EUR, BYN and RUB.

Before creating an invoice, please read this information. Our company currently has accounts with the following banks: 

• CJSC "Alfabank"

• CJSC "Zepter Bank"

• JSC "BSB Bank"
  

• JS "Bank GBD"

We are willing to accept wire transfers in all 4 currencies to our accounts at these banks. You can find a complete and up-to-date list of banks on the wire transfer replenishment page in your Personal Account. 

Very often, in order to make a payment, banks ask for a certificate of account availability and an agreement. You can generate a certificate in two ways: 

- WEB version: Settings - Account documents;

- In the FREE2EX app: account icon in the upper right corner - My Documents - Generate account confirmation letter

In order to fund your eWallet by bank transfer you need to follow a few steps:

1. In your personal account select Add Funds -> Bank systems -> Wire Transfer

2. Fill in the form to generate an invoice

• To — your eWallet number.

• Available funds — funds available on your eWallet in the selected bank transfer currency.

• Your bank country — the country of the bank through which you plan to make the bank transfer.

• Beneficiary's bank — bank, in which FREE2EX account is opened and where the funds will be sent.

• Amount — amount and currency of funds to be deposited.

After filling out the form, you need to click "Next" and you will receive a ready invoice. To download it, click on the "Download" button.

The payer's bank is a correspondent bank (located when you follow the link from the invoice). Recipient bank: Recipient bank (name), address, SWIFT.

Purpose of payment: Replenishment of the account according to invoice ХХХХХХХХ/ХХХХХ/ХХХХХХХХХХХ according to clause 2.1, clause 2.2 and clause 3.2 of Decree No. 8. To the account of Pixel Internet LLC settlement account: beneficiary_account_from_invoice

3. With the completed invoice and passport, go to the bank and make a transfer to one of our accounts. A bank where you already have an account in the relevant currency is suitable. If you want to make a replenishment in Belarusian rubles, you can do without opening an account.

The speed of crediting funds by bank transfer depends on the sending bank. Bank transfers are processed within the working banking day (Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 16:30 GMT+3). Usually transaction processing takes up to 3 hours, but it can be longer.
