Before creating an invoice, please review the following information. Our company currently holds accounts with the following banks:

We accept wire transfers in all 4 supported currencies to accounts held with these banks. You can find a complete and up-to-date list of banks on the wire transfer deposit page in your Personal Account.
In many cases, banks may request a certificate confirming the existence of your account, as well as an agreement, in order to process a payment. You can generate the certificate in two ways:
- In your Personal Account: Settings (in the top-right corner or in the dropdown under the account holder’s name) -> Documents and Statements;
- In the FREE2EX Wallet app: account icon in the upper right corner -> My Documents -> Generate account confirmation letter.

In order to top up your Wallet with bank transfer you need to follow a few steps:
1. In your personal account, select Deposit -> Bank Transfer:
2. Fill in the form to generate an invoice:
Receiver's bank country
Currency
Preferred bank
Amount
In the pop-up window, you can either print/download the invoice or copy the payment details.
3. With the completed invoice and passport, please visit your bank and make a transfer to one of our accounts. Any bank where you already hold an account in the relevant currency is suitable. If you wish to make a payment in Belarusian rubles, you can do so without opening a separate account.
The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the sending bank. Transfers are processed during banking hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–16:30 GMT+3). In most cases, processing takes up to 3 hours, but it may take longer in some cases.
