Replenishment with Dukascopy
On our platform we offer account funding in such currencies as USD, EUR, BYN and RUB.
In order to make a deposit using Dukascopy Bank, you need to link your Dukascopy account to your eWallet. It is quite easy to do this:
1. In your personal account select Add Funds -> Bank systems -> Dukascopy
2. Click "Link".
You will then be redirected to the bank's page where you will need to enter your credentials.
3. Enter your phone number and password, followed by the confirmation code from the sms.
4. Confirm your consent to connect: check the box next to the word "Accept" and click the "Continue" button.
After that your Dukascopy account will be connected to our platform and now you are ready to deposit your eWallet.
Before funding your account, please note that Dukascopy may charge additional fees.
To replenish your eWallet, please go to your personal account again Add Funds -> Bank systems -> Dukascopy.
Fill out the form and click "Refill".
You will then be redirected to the bank's page where you will need to enter your credentials.
Enter your phone number and password, followed by the confirmation code from the SMS:
Enter the desired account, enter the amount, and click "Continue"
Wait for the transaction completion message:
Once the funds are credited to our account, they will appear on our eWallet.
