General requirements to documents

There are general requirements for all uploaded documents:

  • photos should be taken from original documents with information in Cyrillic or Latin letters

  • are accepted in formats: *.jpg, *.gif, *.pdf, *.png (files must not be password protected, or the password to such a document must be provided in addition)

  • file size should not exceed 20 MB

  • must be in good quality and in color only

  • should not contain photographic artifacts such as flash, blurring, refraction of the document

  • should not be edited in the editor

In case any document is rejected by the verification service, there will be a notification in the personal account.
