How fast is the deposit of fiat funds?
Funds after replenishment by bank card are credited instantly.
The speed of crediting funds by bank transfer depends on the sending bank. Bank transfers are processed within the working banking day (Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 16:30 (GMT+3)). Usually transaction processing takes up to 3 hours, but it can be longer.
How to top up my account by bank transfer?
To do this, you need to create an invoice on our platform (information on creating an invoice can be found in the article «Deposit by bank transfer»). With the completed invoice and your passport go to the bank (personal presence is required) and make a transfer to one of our accounts. A bank where you already have an account in the respective currency is suitable.
Why was my withdrawal request rejected?
Your withdrawal request was declined, you can check the reason in the History section – simply click on the relevant transaction to open a pop-up window with the details.
Additionally, whenever a transaction is declined, an email is sent with further instructions.
