Differences between Gross and Net accounts and how many Leverage accounts a client can open
Вы можете открыть в общей сумме 100 Leverage-счетов: 50 счетов типа Net и 50 счетов типа Gross.
На платформе FREE2EX поддерживаются 2 вида Leverage-счетов: Net и Gross — счета для торговли с кредитным плечом. Кредитное плечо позволяет торговать большей суммой средств, чем имеется на счете.
The main difference between Gross accounts and Net accounts is that on Gross accounts all positions opened for one instrument are separate operations. Each position represents a separate entry. You can open several positions for one financial instrument, including opposite ones.
On Gross account:
- Stop Loss/Take Profit orders are available.
- Profit/loss is calculated separately for each position.
- Positions are closed with the Close position command.
- When a position is reversed, the current position is closed and an opposite position with the same volume is opened.
Characteristics | Gross | Net |
Number of positions for one financial instrument | Many | One |
Opposite positions (buy and sell) for one financial instrument | Yes | No |
Increasing Position Volume | No | Yes |
Reducing Position Volume | No.
Partially closing a position reduces its volume. In the order modification window, specify a smaller position volume and click the Close by market button. The specified Trading Volume is closed and the position remains open with the Remaining Volume. | Yes.
To reduce the volume of a netting position, open an opposite position of smaller volume. |
Position reversal | To reverse a position, use the Change Position Direction command. In this case, the current position is closed and an opposite position of the same volume is opened. | To reverse a netting position, open an opposite position with a larger volume. |
Closing a position | The position is closed using the Close Position command. | To close a netting position, open an opposite position of the same size or use the Close Position command. |
