Password recovery: trading account and personal account

Recovering passwords for a trading account.

To recover passwords to your trading account, you need to select:
Settings - Recovery - Recovery Password.



Fill in all the fields and leave a comment, if needed: 



Your request will be processed and an email will be sent to your email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Recovering your personal account password.

To recover your password for logging into your personal account, on the login page, click “Forgot your password?”.



Next, fill out the account data recovery form, indicating your email, which is registered on the FREE2EX platform, and the security code in the picture below:



After clicking “Submit”, you will receive a message to your email with a link to recover your password. By clicking on it, you can come up with a new password or use a random password generator.


The new password must contain at least 10 characters (English letters and numbers) and include at least one uppercase letter, one uppercase letter and a number.

Changing the password for your personal account. 

If you want to change the current password for logging into your personal account, in your personal account select:
Settings - Recovery - Change Password



In the form, you need to indicate your old password, come up with a new password or use a random password generator, and also enter a two-factor authentication security code.



The new password must contain at least 10 characters (English letters and numbers) and include at least one uppercase letter, one uppercase letter and a number


In case you do not remember your password, you need to recover it.
