Reset or Change Your Password in the Personal Account

Password recovery for your personal account

To reset your password, click «Forgot password?» on the login page.

Then fill in the recovery form using the email address registered on the FREE2EX platform:



After clicking Continue, you will receive a password reset code by email. Once you enter the code, you will be able to create a new password.

The new password must be at least 10 characters long (using Latin letters and digits) and include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit.

Changing your personal account password

If you want to change your current password, go to Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Change Password in your personal account.

In the form, create a new password.
