Withdrawal to a bank card

Before making a withdrawal to a bank card, familiarize yourself with this information. 


Fiat withdrawal using cards is available if:

1. You have been verified at least to level 2.
2. The countries of the issuing bank are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine.

In case a bank card will be used for deposit/withdrawal of funds, the card verification is required: it is necessary to send an email with the eWallet number and attached selfies with the used card to compliance@free2ex.com.


If the card is not named or virtual, it is necessary to send a document confirming the ownership of the bank card to the client, from which the funds were deposited, for example:

  • bank statement

  • bank contract

  • screenshots of personal account at the bank

To withdraw fiat funds to a bank card, you need to do the following:

1. In your personal account select Withdraw Funds -> Bank Cards -> Credit/Debit  Cards



2. Fill out the withdrawal form by stating:
  1. Country of your issuing bank
  2. Withdrawal currency (USD, EUR, RUB, BYN)
  3. Card type: Visa or Mastercard
  4. Withdrawal amount 
  5. Details of your card
  6. 2FA security code




Card withdrawals are processed from 9:00 to 22:00 (GMT+3). Usually transaction processing takes up to 3 hours, but can be longer.

Withdrawal by wire transfer

To withdraw funds to a bank account, you need to do the following:

1. In your personal account select Withdraw Funds -> Bank Systems -> Wire Transfer



2. Fill out the withdrawal form by stating:
  • from - your eWallet

  • withdrawal amount and currency (USD, EUR, RUB, BYN)

  • Recipient details (current account number)




Withdrawals by bank transfer are processed during bank business hours and usually take up to 3 hours, but can be longer.

Withdrawal with Dukascopy 

Please note that Dukascopy may charge additional fees.
To withdraw funds to your Dukascopy bank account, please, in your personal account go to Withdraw Funds -> Bank systems -> Dukascopy



Fill out the form, enter the security code (2FA) and click "Confirm" button.

Wait for the message that the operation was successful.
