Fiat Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals in the following fiat currencies are currently available on our platform: USD, EUR, BYN, and RUB.

We support fiat withdrawals via the following methods:

1. Bank card
2. Bank transfer
3. SBP

Withdrawal to a Credit/Debit Card

Due to recent regulatory changes adopted in the Republic of Belarus, there have been changes in operations involving bank cards. On our side, withdrawals to bank cards remain available; however, some banks may not support such transactions. Therefore, before making a withdrawal we recommend confirming with your bank whether it accepts transfers from cryptocurrency platforms. We will provide updates on any changes through our official channels, including Telegram. 

Please note that withdrawals are currently available only to Mastercard cards issued in Belarus.

To withdraw funds to your bank card:

1. In your personal account, select Withdraw -> Credit Card;

2. Choose the asset and enter your card number;

3. Enter the withdrawal amount and click Withdraw.

Withdraw by Bank Transfer

To withdraw funds to your bank account:

1. In your personal account, select Withdraw -> Bank Transfer;

2. Select the currency and enter your bank account number (IBAN);

3. Enter the recipient bank code (BIC);

4. Enter the withdrawal amount and click Withdraw.

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed during banking hours and typically take up to 3 hours, although in some cases they may take longer.

Withdraw by SBP

Important notes: 

• Withdrawals are available in RUB only;

• The phone number registered with your bank must match the one linked to your FREE2EX account.
  

In your personal account, select Withdraw -> SBP:

Fill in all the fields, make sure the information is correct, and click Withdraw.
