Withdrawal by wire transfer
Withdrawal of the following fiat currencies is currently available on our platform: USD, EUR, BYN and RUB.
To withdraw funds to a bank account, you need to do the following:
1. In your personal account select Withdraw Funds -> Bank Systems -> Wire Transfer
2. Fill out the withdrawal form by stating:
from - your eWallet
withdrawal amount and currency (USD, EUR, RUB, BYN)
Recipient details (current account number)
Withdrawals by bank transfer are processed during bank business hours and usually take up to 3 hours, but can be longer.
