Changing your account information


If you need to correct or update your account information, you can submit a request to our support team at support@free2ex.com. Below you will find instructions on how to change your full name, phone number, and email address.

Changing Your Full Name

If you made a mistake when entering your full name during registration, please send a request to support@free2ex.com to update your information.

Your email must include:
  1. Your Account ID;
  2. The incorrectly entered information;
  3. The correct information that should be displayed.
InfoImportant: The request must be sent from the email address used to register your account.

Changing Your Phone Number

To change the phone number linked to your account, please send a request to support@free2ex.com. Your request must include a video-recording showing your passport and explaining the reason for the change.

The video statement should be as follows:
"I, (full name and year of birth), am recording this video on (day, month, year). I request a change of the phone number linked to my FREE2EX account due to (state the reason). I understand all associated risks and accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from this change."

Your email must include:
  1. Your Account ID (XX__FREXFRA......);
  2. Your old phone number;
  3. Your new phone number.
After the phone number has been changed, you will need to verify the new number.
InfoImportant: The request must be sent from the email address used to register your account.
AlertIf you have made or attempted to deposit via SberPay/SBP, changing your phone number will require a WEB ID verification  a short video call with a company representative. In this case, you do not need to record the video described above. Simply contact us at support@free2ex.com, and we will arrange a convenient time for the verification video call.

Changing Your Email Address

To change the email address linked to your account, please send a request to support@free2ex.com. Your request must include a video-recording showing your passport and explaining the reason for the change.

"I, (full name and year of birth), am recording this video on (day, month, year). I request a change of the email address linked to my FREE2EX account from___ to___ due to (state the reason). I understand all associated risks and accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from this change."

Your email must include:
  1. Your Account ID (XX__FREXFRA......);
  2. Your current email address;
  3. Your new email address.
After the email address has been changed, you will need to verify the new email address.
