All downloaded documents have the following general requirements:

• photo must be taken from original documents with information in Cyrillic or Latin letters
• accepted in the formats: * .jpg, * .gif, * .pdf, * .png (files must not be password protected, or you must additionally provide a password to such a document)
• file size should not exceed 20 MB
• should be in good quality and only in color
• should not contain photographing artifacts such as: flashes, blur, refraction of a document
  should not be edited in the editor

If any document is rejected by the verification service, there will be a corresponding notification in your account.
