Payment card verification
Bank card verification is required to confirm the user's ownership of the payment card.
To verify a card, you need to send a selfie with the bank card used for the deposit to
support@free2ex.com.
The following details must be visible on the card:
- The first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number (e.g., 1234 56 **** 7890)
- Expiry date
- Cardholder’s name
If the card is non-personalized or virtual, you must provide a document confirming ownership of the bank card used for the deposit. This can include:
- A bank statement
- A contract with the bank
- Screenshots from your online banking account
The main requirement for the submitted document is that it must display the cardholder’s full name and the bank card details used for the deposit.
