Why can a deposit take longer?
  1. Bank transfer. The processing time depends on the sending and receiving banks. Weekends and public holidays are not included when calculating business days.
  2. ERIP, OPLATI, SberPay, SBP, and bank cards. In some cases, the funds may take longer to arrive due to processing on the bank's or payment provider's side.

Confirmation times depend on network activity and the way the respective blockchain operates. Funds will be credited to your account once the transaction receives the required number of confirmations.

Why can a withdrawal take longer?
  1. Bank transfer. Once the withdrawal has been processed by FREE2EX, the time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on the banks involved in the transfer. Weekends, public holidays, and additional bank checks may increase the processing time.
  2. Bank card. Crediting may take longer depending on the processing time of the card-issuing bank or payment system.
  3. SBP. In some cases, the bank or payment system may take longer to process the transaction.
