Specify the country that issued your document and select the document type.
Take a photo of the front of your document (for residence permits and ID cards) or the passport page with your photograph.
Take a photo of the back of your document (for residence permits and ID cards) or the passport page containing additional information.
Take a selfie holding your document. Make sure your face and the document details are clearly visible and readable.
Next, complete the Liveness Check by taking a live selfie. Position your face within the green frame and look directly at the camera.
You need to upload proof of your residential address.
Accepted documents include:
- A photo of the registration stamp in your passport.
- A bank statement showing your address, issued within the last three months.
- A utility bill issued in your name within the last three months.
- A tax return and an invoice.
- A government-issued certificate of residence, etc.
Once you have uploaded and submitted all the documents, the verification process will begin. It usually takes a few minutes after which you can access all the platform’s features.
