Verification of a Corporate Account

How to create and verify a corporate account. 

1. After registering, you will get to the page with the form, which must be filled out. In the form, you must enter the data of the director (representative) of the company.


2. Click "Confirm Email". Go to your email and follow the link in the message you received after registering.



3. If you are a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, you need to take a compulsory survey on understanding of blockchain technology. Citizens of other countries do not need to take this survey. 

If you choose the eWallet Corporate account type, the account is managed by a representative on behalf of the company, including depositing funds from accounts belonging to a legal entity.

To complete verification of the Corporate account, you need to select in your Personal Cabinet:
Settings → Personal Details → Verification → eWallet Type → Corporate account




Corporate Account verification procedure involves verification of:

  1. The company's representative.
  2. The company's director (if the representative isn't a director).
  3. The company's beneficial owners 
  4. The company.

Verification of the company's representative 

The company's representative will have to complete verification up to Level 2 according to the verification procedure of Personal account. In Personal cabinet the representative will have to:

1. Confirm email;
2. Pass the survey on understanding blockchain technology (for residents of Republic of Belarus);
3. Confirm phone number;
4. Next, continue to verify your identity by clicking on link  by clicking on the "Account Status" button:




- Express your consent to the processing of personal data by ticking the box in the form provided below:







- Upload a photo of the identity document: a page with a photo, a page with data. Residents of the Republic of Belarus should upload a photo of the 31st passport page (spread).

Identity documents include a national passport/ID card, a residence permit, or other equivalent document confirming identification data:

  1. full name (including patronymic, if any)
  2. date of birth
  3. gender
  4. citizenship
  5. place of birth
  6. serial number of the document
  7. the country that issued the document
  8. date of issue of the document
  9. validity period of the document




You need to go through the verification process on a device with a working video camera - from a computer or mobile device. To continue from your mobile device, click the "Continue on phone" button: 

 


Please copy the link, transfer it to your phone and open it in your phone's browser or scan the QR code by opening your phone's camera. By clicking on the link, you will continue the verification process on your mobile device.





Upload a photo of the document and click "Next".






- In the next step, you will need to take a selfie with this document:




After uploading the photo, click "Next Step".

- The next verification step is to make and upload a selfie video. 

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete this step. Your face must be clearly visible:

After everything is loaded, the test will begin.



Usually, it takes a few minutes but can be a little longer. You will see this message once the verification ends: 

Verification of the company's director

In case if the representative isn't a company's director, the information and documents of the director will have to be provided additionally by sending an email to corporate@free2ex.com:

  • completed customer application form for an individual;
  • photo/scan of the ID document; 
  • selfie-photo with the ID document.

Verification of the company's beneficial owners

The representative will have to provide the company's beneficial owners' documents, whose ownership ratio is more than 10%, by sending an email to corporate@free2ex.com:

  • completed customer application form for an individual;
  • photo/scan of the ID document; 
  • selfie-photo with the ID document.

Verification of the company

The representative will have to provide the company's documents by sending an email to corporate@free2ex.com:

  • completed customer application form for a legal entity;
  • extract from the trade register or other equivalent document confirming:
    • the existence of the legal entity and it's on the register list;
    • entering in liquidation (whether compulsory or voluntary) or bankruptcy;
    • location address and registration date;
    • information about the director (executive authority), legal entity accounting officer, secretary to the legal entity (if appropriate), company ownership structure and beneficial owners:
  • certificate of state registration or other equivalent document confirming the registration of the legal entity;
  • document confirming the credential of the representative;
  • bank account statement that will be used for carrying out the operations

If necessary, Compliance Office will request additional information and documents.

 Verification of documents takes from several days to a week.
