Withdraw

The Withdraw button is located on the app's home screen:



You can withdraw funds from your account using the following methods:

  • Card
  • Crypto
  • Bank
  • SBP
  • Gaming Services



Card withdrawal

AlertDue to regulatory changes in Belarus some banks may not accept incoming payments from cryptocurrency platforms to their cards. We recommend checking this with your bank before making a withdrawal.

Withdrawals are available in BYN to Mastercard and БЕЛКАРТ cards issued in Belarus.


To withdraw funds to a card, select the currency, enter your card details, and specify the withdrawal amount.


The card must be registered in the account holder’s name. Before submitting the request, check the I'm the Owner box.



Crypto Withdrawal

Select the asset you want to withdraw. Depending on the asset you may need to select a network (ERC20 or TRC20), or the network may be selected automatically.


Then enter the wallet address, specify the amount, and tap Withdraw.


Bank withdrawal

Select the currency, enter your bank account number and tap Continue.


Fill in the form. Additional fields will appear as you complete it. Make sure to fill in those fields as well. Then tap Withdraw → Continue:






Withdrawal via SBP

Select your bank from the list, enter the withdrawal amount and tap Withdraw:

Withdrawals are available in RUB only.
The phone number registered with your bank must match the phone number linked to your FREE2EX account.


Withdrawal to gaming platform 

You can withdraw funds from your FREE2EX Wallet to a gaming service. The currently available venues are Fame Casino, Ycasino, М1, and Casino Royal in Minsk.

To make a withdrawal, select a venue and enter the amount in Belarusian rubles.

Once the request is created, the specified amount is placed on hold in your account. The venue receives the request details in its system. The cashier checks your identity document against the details provided in the request and issues chips or credits. The details on your identity document must match the details provided in the request.

Gambling establishments only accept and pay out in Belarusian rubles (BYN).
Before making a withdrawal, exchange your crypto asset for BYN in the Exchange section in FREE2EX Wallet app.
FREE2EX does not charge a fee for gaming service transactions.
