How to disable 2fa

If you have lost access to Google Authenticator, you need to submit a request to disable two-factor authentication.

To do this, you need to record a video with your passport or other proof of identity saying that you are requesting to disable 2FA.

Here's an example of what to say in the video:

"I (give your first name, last name and year of birth), record this video (date, month, year), I ask to remove two-factor authentication through Google Authenticator from my account on the platform FREE2EX for the reason (tell about the reason for removing protection, for example: loss of access to the device). I understand the risks involved and accept responsibility for the consequences of removing dual protection from my account."

The video will need to be emailed to compliance@free2ex.com with your eWallet.

The request will be reviewed within 24 hours. After the video has been verified, you will receive an e-mail response.

After that you will need to log back into your account and connect 2FA again. You can read about how to do it in this article.
