To access the main menu, tap on the account icon in the upper right corner:
At the top there is your eWallet (Account ID), which you can copy by tapping the “copy” icon. Below, you will see the main menu bar:
Your notifications will appear here.
In this section, you will find information about your asset transactions. You can quickly switch to a specific tab by operation type: All, Deposit, Withdrawal, Exchange, Transfer:
You can also select a time period to display the operations:
Select an operation from the list to see its details:
To download an account statement, tap the arrow icon in the top right corner: choose the document language and the time period (or set it manually), then tap “Open”:
You can also generate an account statement in the “My Documents” section.
This section displays general information about your account. If you need to change it, tap the “pencil” icon in the upper right corner and contact Support:
This section provides information about the total amount of assets deposited into and/or withdrawn from your account under the monthly Deposit and Withdraw Limits:
Here you can generate an Account Confirmation Letter and an Account Statement:
Here you can:
- Change your password,
- Configure two-factor authentication (2FA) via app or SMS,
- Enable Quick Entry via passcode or Touch ID,
- Allow the app to take screenshots and record the screen.
This section also stores your app Visit History and Device information.
In this section, you can choose the account currency, theme, language, date format, and time zone:
Here you can save addresses for quick and easy transactions without re-entering the details — just tap the “Add Address” button.
You can add a new alert by tapping the “Add” button or edit an existing alert using the “pencil” icon on the right.
Here you can contact Support via online chat or email and send logs if you experience issues with the app.

To log back into your account, enter your email and password, then the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator app.
