Main menu

To open the main menu, tap the account icon in the top left corner:



At the very top, your Account ID is displayed - you can copy it by tapping the copy icon. Below, you will find the main menu panel:





  • Transaction History 

In this section, you can find information about your asset operations. You can quickly switch between tabs by operation type: All, Deposit, Withdrawal, Exchange, Transfer:


  


You can also select the period for which operations will be displayed:




Select any operation from the list to view its details:




To download an account statement, tap the arrow icon in the top right corner: choose the document language and period (or set it manually), then click «Open»:




You can also generate an account statement in the «My Documents» section.



  • Account Information

This section displays general information about your account. If you need to make changes, tap the pencil icon in the top right corner and contact support:




  • Current Limits

This section contains information about the amount of assets credited to and/or withdrawn from your account within the monthly deposit and withdrawal limits: 




  • My Documents 

In this section, you can generate an Account Confirmation Certificate and an Account Statement:



  • Security and Privacy 

Here you can:

  1. change your login password,
  2. set up two-factor authentication (2FA) options (via Google Authenticator or SMS),
  3. view login history and device information:

  • Display Settings

In this section, you can select your account currency, theme, and language. Changing the date format and time zone is currently not available:



  • Saved Addresses

  • Help and Support 

Here you can contact customer support via live chat or email and ask any questions you may have. This section also includes popular articles from our Knowledge Base:

This section contains the main documents related to the use and operation of the platform:



  • Community

Here you can share a link to the app with your friends and colleagues, and visit our social media pages:



  • Log Out

Click «Log Out» to sign out of your account:




To sign in again, enter your email and password, then enter the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator app.
