Limits
Once your profile is verified, you will have access to a deposit and withdrawal limit of ≈ 25,000 USDT equivalent per month. You can check your available limit in your account settings.
If you'd like to increase the limit to ≈ 50,000 USDT equivalent, you will need to confirm the source of your funds.
Any document that clearly shows the origin of the funds (i.e., where the funds came from) can be used for their origin confirmation. The document must include your full name. For example:
- bank account statement for a period of at least 3 months;
- salary certificate for the last 3 months;
- dividend payment decisions and bank account statements (if you receive dividends);
- screenshots and statements from trading platforms (if you are involved in trading);
- screenshots and statements from mining pools (if you are engaged in mining);
- an agreement for the sale of valuable property along with a bank statement, if the sale took place within the last three years;
- any other documents confirming the source of your funds.
Please contact support@free2ex.com to request a limit increase. Once submitted, please allow time for your documents to be reviewed and approved. The review period may take up to 48 hours.

If you need a limit higher than 50,000 USDT equivalent, you will need to complete identity verification via a video call (WEB-ID), in addition to providing proof of the source of funds. To proceed, please contact support@free2ex.com.
